Resumen

Hunting Regulation consists of 26 Sections dealing with the following matters: 1) general requirements (sect. 1); 2) hunting (sect. 2); 3) hunting rights (sect. 3); 4) hunting gear (sect. 4); 5) hunting methods (sect. 5); 6) seasons (sect. 6); 7) rate setting (sect. 7); 8) the modalities of issuing hunting authorization (sect. 8); 9) wildlife products (sect. 9); 10) hunting of hoofed animals (sect. 10); 11) hunting of beaver and otter (sect. 11); 12) hunting of hare (sect. 12); 13) hunting of raccoon dog (sect. 13); 14) hunting of fox (sect. 14); 15) hunting of marten and polecat (sect. 15); 16) hunting of ermine and weasel (sect. 16); 17) hunting of squirrel (sect. 17); 18) hunting of mink (sect. 18); 19) hunting of musk-rat (sect. 19); 20) hunting of mole (sect. 20); 21) hunting of wood grouse (sect. 21); 22) hunting of black grouse (sect. 22); 23) hunting of partridge, hazel grouse, pigeon (sect. 23); 24) hunting of waterfowl, woodcock and quail (sect. 24); 25) harmful animals (sect. 25); 26) liability (sect. 26). Hunting shall be considered legal if carried out in conformity with hunting regulations. Hunting shall be considered illegal in the following cases: 1) in the absence of hunting authorization and armorial bearing licence; 2) during prohibited season and in the prohibited areas; 3) hunting of protected or endangered animals; 4) in case of excess of the established rate of hunting animals; 5) with the utilization of prohibited hunting gear and prohibited hunting methods. Hunting of moles except for protected areas and national parks shall be carried out without hunting authorization. Hunting with guns of the harmful animals (wolves, foxes, stray cats and dogs, crows and magpies) shall be carried out for the whole duration of hunting season. All capable citizens of 18 years of age in possession of armorial bearing licence shall be granted hunting right after the payment of hunting fees and dues, and after sitting in the special hunting test. Hunting of elk, deer, wild boar, roe deer and woodcock shall be carried out in conformity with hunting authorization valid for one occasion only and hunting permits that shall be an integral part thereof while hunting of beaver and otter shall be carried out in conformity with hunting authorization valid for one occasion only. Hunting of other animals shall be carried out in conformity with hunting permits.
