Resumen The present Regulation implements the Stray Animal Act. In particular, it brings into effect section 9 on licences to capture horses. Sections 2 and 3 of the above-mentioned regulation deal with application and eligibility for licence. It should be noted that the holding of a licence does not determine by itself the ownership of a horse. Section 7 lays down provisions relating to hunting methods. No licence holder shall capture or attempt to capture a horse with a snare, and once a horse is captured, the licence holder shall attend to it at least once a day and ensure that it has an adequate supply of food and water (sec.8).
