The Guidelines puts in place measures to safely conduct businesses as the country responds to the pandemic and to assist businesses during the easing of the lockdown. The Guidelines contains provisions on general hygiene, COVID-19 prevention measures, movement, etc. for businesses. It allows businesses to be open to the public, partially open, only perform home delivery services, or totally closed, depending on the necessity of its services. It further provides that employers and businesses should develop practices that enable employees to work remotely, limit customers in the business premises, etc. It also has provisions on what to do where there is a suspicion or confirmed case of COVID-19 in the workplace.
