Entry into force notes

This Governor's Decree enters into force on the date of its official publication.

Resumen

The scope of this Governor’s Decree shall be conservation of wild fauna species subject to hunting and rational management thereof. The following types of hunting shall be authorized: (a) commercial hunting; (b) artisanal and sport hunting; (c) hunting for scientific research and educational purposes; (d) hunting for regulation of number of wild fauna species subject to hunting; (e) hunting for acclimatization, transfer and hybridization of hunting resources; (f) hunting for captive breeding; and (g) hunting as traditional rights of indigenous small ethnic communities of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation. It establishes hunting periods in Autumn and Spring. This Governor’s Decree lists prohibited hunting gear and prohibited hunting methods.
