Resumen

The Government resolves to validate “Food Hygiene Requirements” (annexed). This Regulation regards food-processing industry. The document consists of XII Sections that contain 56 Articles. Section I establishes requirements for territory, buildings, facilities, and rooms of food industry. Section II establishes requirements for temporary and movable premises. Section III establishes requirements for equipment. Section IV establishes requirements for transport and means of transport. Section V establishes requirements for equipment. Section VI establishes requirements for storage of food waste. Section VII establishes requirements for water used in food industry. Section VIII establishes requirements for personal hygiene. Section IX establishes requirements for handling. Section X establishes requirements for self-checking of food industry operators. Section XI regards food hygiene training. Section XII lays down final provisions.
