Governmental Decree No. 9 validating the Regulation on regional subsidies for livestock production.

This Governmental Decree establishes terms and conditions for allocation of regional subsidies for livestock production in the form of financial support of the producers of agricultural commodities, except small-holders, for the following activities: (a) keeping of pedigree stock herds; (b) keeping of herd bulls; and (c) purchase of pedigree rearers. State support in the form of incentives shall be allocated out of regional budget within available finances envisaged for the current fiscal year. Regional Ministry of Agriculture shall be the authorized regional institution responsible for allocation of subsidies.
