Resumen This Governmental Decree establishes the modalities of assessment of deposits of minerals by State Commission that is autjhorized state body performing expertise of availability and calculation of deposits of minerals and exploration (geological information) regarding plots of subsoil not related to mining and extraction of minerals. The scope of assessment of deposits of minerals shall be to obtain objective assessment of quality and quantity of available minerals.
