Entry into force notes

This Governmental Decree enters into force 30 days after the date of its official publication.

Resumen

This Governmental Decree sets forth the modalities of import and export of ozone depleting substances and it shall be mandatory for all natural and legal persons irrespectively of the form of ownership thereof. Import and export of produce in the process of management of which shall be used ozone depleting substances shall be prohibited. Annex 1 contains the list of ozone depleting substances. Annex II contains the list of produce containing ozone depleting substances.
