Resumen This Governmental Decree regulates the issues related to air quality protection by business entities performing emissios to the atmospheric air from stationary and non-stationary sources, and also reduction of emissions to the atmospheric air. Business entities shall ensure: (a) compliance with national legislation on protection of the atmospheric air; (b) arrangements for reduction of emissions; and (c) compliance with validated emission limits. Instruction on operation of dust and gas treatament plants must contain the following information and data: (a) construction and operation scheme of dust and gas treatment plants; (b) technical characteristics of dust and gas treatment plants; and (c) location of dust and gas treatment plants for measurement of opearating conditions thereof.
