Resumen This Governmental Decree validates the Regulations on acclimatization and release of fish for stock enhancement and repopulation purposes, use of inland waterbodies for aquaculture and fishfarming, artisanal and sport fishing, and registration of fishfarming stock released to inland waterbodies. It shall be applicable to precious alien destined for release to inland waterbodies with a view of creation of stable populations. Arrangements for acclimatiozation, repopulation and stock enhancement shall be performed in accordance with prior biologocal substantiation. Artisanal and sport fishing in inland fishery waterbodies shall be performed with fee-based fishing permits.
