This Governmental Decree enters into force 15 days after the date of its official publication.
Resumen

This Governmental Decree establishes that Sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the objects of wholesale and retail trade in food products" determine the sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the activities of wholesale and retail trade of food products, non-compliance with which represents a threat to human life or health, as well as the outbreak and spread of diseases. The range of food raw materials and food products sold at the trading points shall correspond to the type and category of the trading point. The layout and technical capabilities of the trade facility must ensure the required conditions for receiving, storing, processing and selling food raw materials and food products, and observing personal hygiene rules by employees. Production control is organized at the trading points and facilities regardless of the form of ownership. Sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for public catering facilities" are designed to prevent the outbreak and spread of infectious and non-communicable diseases (poisoning) among the population of the Kyrgyz Republic and determine the sanitary requirements for placement, design, sanitary and technical conditions, maintenance of enterprises, to working conditions and personal hygiene of staff. The list of products manufactured by the catering facility is determined in strict accordance with the set of premises and production areas, and equipping it with refrigeration and technological equipment. Catering facilities ensure the production of foodstuffs based on approved technical regulations and regulatory and technical documentation, compliance with which guarantees safety of dishes and products for the health of the population.
