Resumen

This Decree applies to technical designing, to development, utilisation, maintenance and running, according to rules and in a safe manner, of works and facilities serving for the utilisation, protection and prevention of damages of waters. Chapter 1 contains general provisions. Chapter 2 lays down rules on potable and industrial water supply. Chapter 3 rules sewage disposal and treatement. Chapter 4 provides for flood prevention. Chapter 5 comtains rules on the regulation of rivers, lakes and waterways.Chapter 6 providse for land drainage. Chapter 7 sets out rules concerning the utilization of water (agricultural water use, irrigation). Chapter 8 regulates the construction of piers. Chapter 9 gives rules regarding the crossing of and access to waters and waterworks by other linear transport infrastructures. Finally, Chapter 10 contains final provisions and transitory rules.
