Characteristics of such waste are summed up in article 3. producers of B3 waste are required to process such waste or, and if unable to do so, deliver such waste to waste processors (art. 6). Article 8 concerns storage of waste by the producer whereas article 9 requires a producer to keep records on production or delivery of B3 waste. Articles 10 to 13 regulate operations of waste collectors. Articles 18 to 20 provide for the processing of B3 waste. Enterprises operating in the field of collecting, transporting or processing of B3 waste shall obtain all permits listed in article 21. Permits for importation of B3 waste shall be obtained in accordance with article 27. The remaining articles concern protection of the environment and public health, emergency responses, and prescribe sanctions.
