Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 25 of 2014 concerning the granting of Horticultural Business Facilities and Incentives.

This Government Regulation, consisting of 45 articles divided into seven Chapters, regulates the granting of Horticultural Business Facilities and Incentives. The scope of arrangements concerning the provision of Facilities and Incentives in this Government Regulation shall include: a. types and criteria of Horticulture Business Facilities and Incentives; b. Facilities and Incentives; c. conditions and procedures for granting of Facilities and Incentives; and d. supervision. Horticulture Business includes: a. seedling; b. cultivation; c. harvest and post harvest; d. processing; e. distribution, trade and marketing; f. research; and g. agri-tourism. The Government and/or Regional Government prioritizes the provisions of facilities and incentives to Horticultural Enterprises which are: a. Micro and small horticulture business; b. Eco-friendly Horticulture Business; c. Horticulture business developing national and regional commodities; d. organic cultivation business; and/or e. Horticulture business engaged in research and development.
