Resumen This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 22 articles and two Annexes, sets out provisions regulating the marketing of cuttings and vegetable planting material. It specifies: families and groups of vegetables which must be registered and the cuttings and planting material of which must fulfill conditions and requirements established by the Act on varieties and seeds for production and marketing; quality requirements for cuttings and vegetable planting material; requirements for the production of cuttings and vegetable planting material; conditions of marketing of cuttings and vegetable planting material; conditions of control of imported cuttings and vegetable planting material; details on packaging and labelling of cuttings and vegetable planting material; way and scope of control of the quality of cuttings and vegetable planting material placed on the market.
