Entry into force notes
This Government Decree enters into force six month after the date of its official publication.
Resumen

In determining the minimum specific purity, the percentage of seed weight of other plants should not exceed 0.3, and in determining the minimum moisture content shall not be taken into account granulated pesticides, preparations for coatings or other solid additives as a matter of necessity. Compliance with these conditions in the case of coated single-sprout seeds and precise seed Beta vulgaris L is tested on the basis of officially selected samples or by official control of the treated seeds from which were partially removed shell (polished or crushed), but which have not yet been coated without affecting official analyses of the minimum analytical purity of coated seeds. The National Food Safety Agency shall not authorize the introduction of beet seeds in areas recognized as foci of Beet necrotic yellow vein virus (BNYVV), in accordance with established procedures of the national legislation, except when the percentage of inert impurities exceeds 0.5.
