It establishes norms and rates of authorized timber extraction, forest species subject to timber extraction and age of mature and over-mature standing timber subject to felling. It also specifies extension of felling area, annual norms of authorized annual allowable amount of collection of non-timber forest products. Procurement of soft resin on the territory of reserve shall be prohibited. The period of validity of this Forestry Regulation shall be until 1 January 2016.
