They shall apply to their quality, availability, and information regarding their use (reg. 2). Designated products means: (a) infant formula; (b) follow up formula;(c) any other products marketed or otherwhise commonly used for feeding of infants;(d) any product to be fed by use of a feeding bottle; (e) natural or industrially made beverages, milks or foods intended for the use by infants or young children; (f) feeding bottles, teats and pacifiers; (g) other products as may be specified by the Minister by Notice in the Official Gazette (reg. 3).
