Fishing is prohibited in all notake Marine Protected Areas designated in this Subpart. Regulations concern, among other things, gear use restrictions, various prohibitions, sea turtle take mitigation measures, Western Pacific longline fishing restrictions, Pelagic longline seabird mitigation measures, territorial catch and fishing effort limits by Regional Administrator.
