Resumen

This Chapter of Division 3 of the Fish and Game Code of California declares that it shall be unlawful to take a bird, mammal, fish, reptile, or amphibian except as provided in the Code or in a regulation adopted pursuant to the Code. It declares an inland fisheries policy, defines offences, provides general rules for the taking of wild animals or fish and provides rules for inland fishing, the possession of ivory or rhinoceros horn and the taking of sharks. In general it shall be unlawful for any person to possess, sell, offer for sale, trade, or distribute a shark fin.
