Resumen

Paragraph 4 of the Article 1 acquires a new wording: “Areas with limited periods of the delivery of commodities, the period of transportation which of produce (commodities) by all means of transport, except by air, is less than 180 days.” In the paragraph 3 of the issue 1 of the Article 7 the wording “foodstuffs and fuel and energy resources” must be substituted with the wording “oil, fuel, foodstuffs and non-alimentary commodities for the provision of the population, organizations of the social sphere and housing and communal service”. Paragraph 2 of the issue 2 of the Article 7 acquires a new wording: “in the list of the areas of the North with restricted periods of the delivery of produce (commodities) can be included areas not pertaining to the aforesaid areas on the basis of the proposals forwarded by regional executive bodies.” Paragraph 2 of the issue 3 of the Article 7 must be repealed.
