Entry into force notes

This Federal Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.

Resumen

This Federal Law establishes that until June 1, 2025 in the manner prescribed by the Government of the Russian Federation, seized or confiscated main technological equipment for the manufacturing and circulation of ethyl alcohol, liquors and alcohol-containing products and the main technological equipment for the manufacturing of ethyl alcohol, subject to state registration, shall be disposed of if such equipment is stored in organization authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation over three years.
