Resumen This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the Board of Directors of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. This Regulation, consisting of 14 articles, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Board, as a restricted collegial body of ministerial consultation, in matters related to planning, programming, organization and control of the activities of the Ministry. In particular, the Board of Directors is responsible for: Assess the activity of the Ministry's bodies and services; Evaluate the performance of companies in the Sector and of Organs supervised bodies; Issue opinions on matters of the Ministry's general policy and internal organization, as well as on practical issues that, due to their importance, influence on the proper functioning of the services of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries; Give its opinion on the economic projects of the Sector; Monitor and evaluate the execution of the programmes of the various bodies and services of the Sector.
