Resumen

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Waste Directive) Regulations 2011 in order to give further effect to those provisions of Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste which promote the use of economic instruments in a progressive manner to drive resource efficiency and support the management of waste in accordance with the waste hierarchy.
