Resumen

This Order gives effect to Commission Decision No. 2005/648/EC concerning certain protective measures with regard to avian products imported from certain administrative districts of Bulgaria. Subject to regulation 8, a person, including the master or person in charge of a vessel or aircraft, shall not import an avian product that originates in or comes from the administrative districts or cause or permit another person to import an avian product that originates in or comes from the administrative districts. Regulation 8 provides for defences for persons accused of an offences under these Regulations.
