A person, including the master or person in charge of a vessel or aircraft, shall not import an avian product from Bulgaria or cause or permit another person to import an avian product from Bulgaria. A person, including the master or person in charge of a vessel or aircraft, shall not have in his or her possession or under his or her control an avian product that has been imported in contravention with the above rule.
