They also lay down obligations and responsibilities of traders in relation to their registration and approval of premises, the keeping of records and provision of information relating to their operations. A Dealer who buys and sells commercially either directly or indirectly animals, who has a regular turnover of these animals and who, within a maximum of 29 days of buying them resells or relocates them, must be registered under these Regulations.
