This Directive came into force on 15 February 2003.

Resumen

Annex I to Directive 76/769/EEC is hereby amended in accordance with the Annex attached to this Directive, which lists out those dangerous substances and preparations which may be placed on the market provided that they comply with the conditions established therein.
