This amendment enters into force immediately.

Resumen

This Decree amends the list of Community legislation which specifies maximum residue limits being part of the EEA Agreement (Annex II). It also makes amendments to the principal Decree with respect to control of residues in meat which shall be carried out in accordance with the new Meat Control Act, with respect to control of residues in fish and fish products, and with respect to control of other food of animal origin.
