Resumen This Decree, as for the purposes of the Macedonian Law on protection and rescue operations, regulates the type and volume of reserves of material assets for protection and rescue of the affected population in conditions of natural disasters, epidemics, epizootics and other disasters. This text sets the categories of goods that will be provided as material reserves (aimed for endangered population of 5,000 persons for a period of 30 days from the occurrence of the disaster), listed as follows: food products (cereals, potatoes, beans, salt, sugar, cooking oil, food of animal origin, milk and dairy products), cutlery (portion, knife, fork); medicines and medical consumables; products for maintaining hygiene (hygienic sanitary kits); accommodation (tents, sleeping bags, blankets and pillows); water containers (tanks and small canisters). Article 3 sets the related quantities that shall be distributed to the affected population.
