This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 17 July 2009).
Resumen

This Decree regulates the conditions and manner for the official recognition of mother trees or mother plantations (plant grown for the purpose of plant production by taking cuttings or offsets, or by producing planting material of the same in order to grow more quantity of the same plant), shrubs of fruit trees, vines and hops, as well as of seedlings formed by merging rootstock and seedling (grafting or celling technique). The parent or mother plant shall be used for the production of standard planting material which has too be marked, when present on the market, with an orange certificate and a special mark (S-A), as in accordance with other relevant provisions of the Serbian aw on planting material of fruit trees, vines and hops.
