Resumen

This Decree regulates the implementation of the health and safety measures from the operational program, which regulates the implementation of the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund in the Republic of Slovenia for the period 2014-2020. The subject of support from this text is the implementation of operations to improve hygiene, health, safety and working conditions for fishermen in the form of investments in fishing vessels or equipment for individuals, if these investments exceed the requirements of EU law or national law. Beneficiaries of support are legal entities, self-employed individuals and fishermen - natural persons in accordance with the law governing sea fishing, who are owners, co-owners or users of fishing vessels with a valid license for commercial fishing issued in the Republic of Slovenia.
