This text entered into force on 25 March 2017.

Resumen

This Decree defines the terms for the implementation of measures implemented through public tenders from the operational program governing the implementation of the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund in the Republic of Slovenia for the period 2014-2020. For these measures, this text determines the competent authorities, the object of support, beneficiaries, eligible costs, conditions for the allocation of funds, criteria for evaluating applications, conditions for disbursement of funds, obligations of the beneficiary, financial provisions, and general and common provisions for the implementation of several thematic EU legislative documents (fully listed in article 1, paragraph 2).
