Resumen This Decree, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on energy, prescribes the criteria and conditions for acquiring the status of an energy-vulnerable customer, including contents and requirements for acquiring the status of an energy vulnerable customer, the method of determining the fulfillment of the conditions for acquiring such status (energy-endangered customer), the validity periods of the decision, the content and scope of the right to a reduction of the monthly payment obligations, procedures for acquiring the status of an energy-endangered customer due to health conditions, the way of keeping records of energy-dangerous customers, the method of providing funds for the protection of energy-dangerous customers, penal provisions and other issues necessary to determine that status. The criteria for acquiring the status of energy vulnerable customer are: 1) material position: (1) total monthly household income; (2) number of household members; (3) property status; 2) realized right to cash social assistance or child allowance or increased allowance for the help and care of others; 3) health condition of the household member. Due debt for electricity, natural gas or thermal energy does not exclude the right to acquire the status of an energetically vulnerable customer.
