Resumen

This Decree, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on the institutional framework for the use of European Union funds in the Republic of Croatia, defines the state administration bodies and public institutions that have the role of bodies in the management and control system for the implementation of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy in the Republic of Croatia, among their mutual relations, functions and responsibilities. This text further grants the implementation of certain European Union legislative texts, as specified in article 3 (Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 establishing rules on support for strategic plans to be drawn up by Member States under the common agricultural policy (CAP Strategic Plans) and financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and repealing Regulations (EU) No 1305/2013 and (EU) No 1307/2013; and Regulation (EU) 2021/2116 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 2 December 2021 on the financing, management and monitoring of the common agricultural policy and repealing Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013).
