Resumen: This Decree lays down provisions to implement article 8, paragraph 5 of Regional Act No. 24 of 2007. These provisions deal with the regional programme to be adopted in order to promote and improve sweet chestnut plantations in the regional territory. The Act specifies the conditions to be fulfilled in order to benefit from the subsidies and incentives envisaged in the programme.
