Resumen This Decree concerns the indication of nutritional values of foodstuffs which are intended for sale to individual consumers and to large scale consumers (No. 1496 of 1993). The declaration concerns energy values and indications on proteins, carbo-hydrates, fibres, vitamins and other ingredients listed in section 2. The declaration shall contain the various types of information as specified in sections 6 to 11 and the Attachment.
