The rules shall be applicable to trawl fisheries for herring and sprat in ICES Subareas 22-28 and 29 south of latitude south of 59° N in the central Baltic, in specified areas of the Northern Baltic Sea and in the Botnic Gulf by fishing vessels registered in Finland.
