This Decree enters into force on the date of publication.

Resumen

This Decree amends Decree No. 98.816 (regulating Act No. 7.802 on the use of pesticides). Amending articles concern pesticides' classification, requirements to be satisfied by these products, controls to be carried out by competent federative administration, etc. It also lists Annex V of Decree No. 98.816, establishing the expiration date, according to the different class, for requesting an authorization for the use of pesticides.
