This Decree enters into force on the date of publication.

Resumen

This Decree creates the Environmenal Protected Area (APA) of "Guaraqueçaba" within the State of Paraná. It consists of 15 articles establishing the above-mentioned protected area in order to protect and preserve its endemic wildlife, ecosystem and habitat. Geographical limits are specified in the text. Control and management shall be under the competence of the National Council of Environment - CONAMA.
