Resumen

Veterinary and sanitary regulation on safety of animal feedstuffs, animal feed additives and raw materials for manufacturing of compound animal feedstuffs shall be amended to add the following wording: “Composition and properties of fodder and feed additives characterizing their safety for animals, are determined by organoleptic, physicochemical, microbiological and radiological indicators, potentially hazardous chemical elements, compounds and biological agents. Normative indicators and acceptable levels of safety in veterinary and sanitary fields in relation to fodder and feed additives in a given mass (volume) of the test product, are indicated in Annex 1 attached to this Regulation. Organoleptic properties of fodder and feed additives are determined by the indicators of color, smell, consistency, appearance, characteristic of each of category of them. The requirements with which organoleptic properties must comply, shall be established in the appropriate normative technical documents”.
