Owners of swine shall be responsible for their health, keeping and management. The owners of swine shall have the duty to: (a) carry out veterinary arrangements preventing outbreak of swine diseases; (b) put swine at the disposal of veterinary specialists for examination; (c) follow indications of veterinary specialists related to preventive arrangements for combating African swine fever (ASF); (d) inform veterinary specialists of unexpected mortality of swine or mass swine disease; and (e) isolate swine and carcasses of dead swine suspected of African swine fever (ASF).
