Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Resumen

This Decree, consisting of 77 articles divided into ten Chapters, provides for the industrial licensing and sanitary inspection of small dairy industries, regulating industrial sanitary inspection of dairy products added with or without products of animal or vegetable origin, under the terms of Law No. 15.607 of 6 October 2015. Monitoring and inspection of dairy product establishments that carry out the internal trade are under the responsibility of the Agricultural Protection Agency of the State of Pernambuco - ADAGRO. These activities must comply with the standards prescribed by the National Health Surveillance System (SNVS). Small dairy agroindustries, after a report by a state agricultural and livestock inspector can process the quantity of milk compatible with their size and with the existing equipment. The state inspection will be carried out periodically with a frequency that will be established in supplementary standards edited by ADAGRO.
