This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.

Resumen

This Decree, consisting of 5 Chapters, creates the State Council for Family Farming Development and Agricultural Reform (CEDAFRA). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of CEDAFRA, under the State Secretariat of Agriculture and Agricultural Development (SEAGRI). This institution aims at proposing baselines for designing and implementing public policies for the sustainable rural development, land reform and family farming.
