Entry into force notes: This Decree enters into force on 1 October 2003.

Resumen: This Decree amends the principal Decree in order to implement four EC Regulations and the implementation of the Council Directive on the marketing of propagating material of ornamental plants. Flower bulbs shall be placed on the market only if they are conform quality requirements set out by Commission Regulations 315 and 316 of 1968. Suppliers shall be registered by the National Bulb Inspection Foundation.
