Resumen This Decree, consisting of XIII Sections, regulates Law No. 3.097 restructuring the Health Protection System Plant in the state of Amazonas. Supervision, inspection and enforcement of necessary measures to fight plant pests that may compromise the plant health in the Amazonas state will be held under planning, guidance and control of the Agricultural Defense Agency and Forest Amazonas State - ADAF, linked to the State Secretariat for Rural Production - SEPROR, and competency of the first set technical and operational standards. The activities to be developed must comply with the legislation related to plant health protection, running, if applicable, together with the Federal Government and the municipalities, enabling their integration in the Unified System for the Agricultural and Livestock Health referred to in the Federal Law No. 9.712 of 20 November 1998.
