Decree № 300 of 17 September 2021 approving additional expenditures for 2021 under the budget of the State Fund "Agriculture" for financing expenditures for value added tax of municipalities on projects approved for support under the Rural Development Program for period 2014-2020.

This Decision approves additional expenditures under the budget of the State Fund "Agriculture" for 2021 (in the total amount as indicated in article 1) financing of expenditures for value added tax of municipalities on projects approved for support under the Development Programme of rural areas for the period form the year 2014 until 2020 (under the Policy of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry in the field of agriculture and rural areas). The execution of this Decree shall be assigned to the executive director of the State Fund “Agriculture”.
