Local funds shall be set up for financing of local and cross-sectoral arrangements for reduction of emissions of pollutants, effluent waste water discharge to waterbodies, soil pollution, waste formation, and also for recycling of waste, conservation and reproduction of wild fauna and wild flora species. National fund shall be set up for financing of national environmental protection programs and strategies.
