The beginning of forest fire risk season shall be established by forestry officials. In case of IV and V class of forest fire risk the local authorities can restrict or prohibit stay o citizens in the forests. Forest managers must know and observe forest fire safety rules and regulations. The following activities shall be prohibited during forest fire risk season: (a) to make fires; (b) to leave unextinguished burning and smoldering sources; (c) to use highly flammable patching for hunting; (d) to load fuel tanks of vehicles in unfit places; (e) to burn grass without authorization; and (f) to store timber at firebreaks.
