Entry into force notes: This Decree enters into force on 24 April 2014.

Resumen: This Decree sets forth for legal persons and individual entrepreneurs on safety requirements in the process of GMO activities. The aforesaid operators in the sphere of GMO management shall adopt local normative legal acts to be applicable at their enterprises and facilities containing provisions of production and operational supervision, planning processes with a view of reduction of GMO risks for human health.
